Meadowbrook Village

I've been living at Meadowbrook Village for almost two years now and since I've been living here my experience has been great. The front office & maintenance has always been very accommodating and the communication is never a issue. Any type of issues in the apartment have been dealt with accordingly & in a timely manner. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful when needed. Which has made my living experience stress free. The community I have as neighbors are very kind and welcoming. It is a quiet neighborhood and I have been able to live here peacefully with no worries. It seems as if everyone looks out for each other and nice community to have kids in and not worry about what may happen. I read all the reviews before i moved in. I decided to go ahead and take this apartment because of me dealing with Michelle prior to moving in. Michelle went out of her way to help me get all the paperwork in order. Anytime I had questions or concerns she was right there. Amy the Head Director here is fabulous she is on top of everything promptly. Hector the head of Maintenance I can stop him outside and tell him that something is not is not working correctly he fixes it right away without any hesitation. He lets the office know and a email is sent to me asking if it is completed. So I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. Because my experience over the last 2 years have been great.

👉👉The dog park is ridiculous. It makes no sense why Meadowbrook keeps it unlocked in the winter so that people can use it as a spot for there dogs to go to the bathroom without picking it up. Meadowbrook staff should walk down to the dog park and walk inside. Anyone who owns and cares for there dogs would never let there dogs run in there. It's literally filled with feces and every dog that goes in there risks getting sick or some sort of disease from the ground. It's so bad that landscaping doesn't mow 99% of the time and I don't blame them It's a shame, because the idea of a dog park is what sold us years ago. We used to go down daily, would have to tie our dog up to the fence while we walked around cleaning up after everyone else's dogs. You can't talk to Meadowbrook. They don't care

hello, i have been resident now for about 6 going to 7 years. The only complaint i have is about the parking in the top of the hill in right hand side Crestview lane in Fitchburg. You have people parking in the emergency lane, in the disability parking spot in the weekends or wait in till 430 to 5pm to park there 2 vehicles or even 3 in parking spots and some of us have to park far just because there no parking. i hate complaining but no one at the office has done anything people aren't listen either. Please can someone help and start sending letter to people like like this has become and everyday thing and is starting to get very annoying.

I still resident here for many years now. The only negative is about the parking. As right now I have an elderly leaving with me. Few time I had to call the 911 do to medical problem. The ambulance was having hard time backing up do to a white audi SUV and another audi bluish parking in the emergency lane after 430pm pretty much everyday and also the weekend, plus a few other cars. Have people with multiple vehicles parking without permits and even on the disability parking come on. You guys need to do something. Please can someone do something about this apparently no one cares or even decided to move there car while the ambulance was trying to backup to take my elderly family member to the hospital.
