Yarmouth Landing is the ideal landing spot for me. Vanessa, Michael and the maintenance crew have all been friendly, helpful, and efficient. I certainly appreciate having a washer and dryer in my huge walk-in closet, as well as my stainless stell kitchen appliances which work perfectly. The location of Yarmouth Landing is ideal. I'm close to my family, Portland, shopping, the river, and wonderful restaurants. And most importantly, my dog, Raven, is welcome here. We are very happy we settled here.

The Landing location is quiet and surrounded by trees. As far as emailing and maintenance - they are slow to email on maintenance related topics. If you're fortunate enough to get an email back, the leasing office will let you know that maintenance had been there and that's as far as you get. Maintenance seems to operate on their own accord. They don't show up on the day or time window you provide them, if they even show up at all for your request. Our unit had a washer that would make a horrendous sound during a wash load and at times the front panel would fall off mid cycle. We contacted maintenance on several occasions regarding a replacement and nothing was done during our time there. Overall highly disappointed with Yarmouth landing apartments. No complaints! I've lived here for a few years. Its a great place to live. Kid friendly. Management responds promptly to any issue. Its in a convenient location. Very clean. And very well kept!

This place is a home, not an apartment! So quiet & peaceful here, surrounded by woods. The property is well maintained with lots of walking trails and sidewalks. Large patio doors are a wonderful plus and the apartment is upgraded and well maintained. The leasing staff are kind, informative, professional and patient. This truly is a wonderful place to live and I would not want to live anywhere else! If you are looking for a home, I highly recommend renting here! Family Friendly! Pet Friendly! Lots of birds and squirrels outside. Super quiet area!

MOLD BEWARE Pros: The apartment location was wonderful as you could walk downtown and the neighborhood is pretty in itself. Great school system and town to rent in. The apartment was newly renovated with nice fixtures. Cons: I found the staff to be oftentimes rough. Not very responsive to maintenance requests and seemed put off at any request. About a year and a half in our rental mold started to grow along our bedroom ceiling. I requested it be fixed 10 times over the next year and finally they came in and just painted over it after I had bleached it multiple times myself as they would do nothing. Mold continued to grow and one night when it was raining we had a horrid leak in the master bedroom. Maintenance came in and said attic was super wet and they shimmed a temp fix and would have
