Yarmouth Green Apartments

Would not rent there again, yuck! I was a tenant at Yarmouth green for 2 years. Below are a few things I experienced during my time there- -bandaid wrappers and hair (that wasn’t mine) painted into walls and surfaces -they entered my apartment without 24 hour notice or a call..yikes (could you imagine coming home to garbage on the ground, screens out of the window and a chance of them letting your pet get out without any notice!?) -rent went up each year (after it was already at a ridiculous price from the start) -ignored maintenance requests -dog dropping bins overflowing regularly -garbage in trees, on ground -did not follow snow plowing per the lease multiple times -major security deposit issues -they try to pass cleaning costs / general wear and tear costs onto the renter -they tried

I love it here . Been here 20+ years. Very quiet lots of wildlife, what could be better. No major issues. Maintenance crew are very nice and proactive. And Vanessa is awesome

7/2025 Jim from Maintenance came in a timely manner in response to a dishwasher issue. Also tweaked our ongoing front door problem, hopefully for the last time, and fixed our stuck closet door. Jim is always thorough, friendly and goes the extra mile. Another update, 6/2025: We were having an issue with my front door, and I greatly appreciate that the maintenance team took care of it in a timely manner. Another update to my original review below. This is January 2025. I had to put in two maintenance requests recently. One was back in the late fall/early winter 2024. My cat killed a mouse in our townhouse. Great job repairing my dryer vent . Just one question how didn't anyone know the siding crew blocked my vent for over 3 years . Maintenance never founfmd anything blaming me for overloading the dryer. Oh well great job finding out I'm not living in Sauna lol. Now I need to try to figure out this site to submit a dishwasher I had since I moved in 1 13years ago. Dishes dirtier after washing

Facilities is quick to respond to issues. The parking lot is well maintained except for some nasty potholes and the notifications thru emails are informative and timely. Pets need to be closely monitored as they are loud! Some residents do not know how to park properly!!
