I've been a tenant under Xtrov's management for a little over a year. Andi and Kayla are professional, friendly, and responsive. Making a maintenance request through the website is convenient and I am able to track the request. They respond quickly and communicate well. These ladies know what they are doing and take pride in providing top notch service. I will definitely be using their services when I am ready to buy.

I have to start by saying I have never once in my life left a google review but I was so impressed with them. Specifically Kayla and Andy were extremely helpful. I'm pregnant and needed to find a rental right away. They were kind professionally and compassionate I can't express enough how positive my experience has been. Thank you all so much!!

If I could give XTROV ZERO stars, I would. DO NOT rent from XTROV. I had so many problems with the house. The house was infested with Elm bugs, and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Dishwasher was broke for an entire year. They got mad when they knocked on our door and nobody was home. I got an angry voicemail from them. There are better options in Cortez. DO NOT waste your money here. Security deposit should have been split between the three residents instead of sending it to one person. The person they sent it to refused to evenly split it. Housemate called XTROV said it wasn't their problem. If I could go back in time, I would have not rented 605 East Fourth Street.

My experience with XTROV Realty has been extraordinary. Katherine Chaffin and staff worked diligently to get us our ideal place. We taking much longer than the average due to health delays, they stayed our course, dedicated, kind, professionals with keen local insights. And they help find homes for feral cats. Five-star

If this isn’t the best realty company in town I don’t know what is. XTROV Realty has been nothing short of helpful! They made moving from Florida to Colorado feel like a breeze. They are very accommodating and genuinely care about the quality of your stay. Moreover, they are always there to help meet your needs and to address any questions or concerns you may have.
