Mon-Do Title Co

After waiting 2.5 hours for a check at closing, Misty who owns the building and is ALWAYS rude in my dealings with her, asked me to leave the building rather than continuing to ask for updates. I have had 12 closings and have NEVER had to wait for a check— especially for this long. Rather than being concerned and apologetic, she again lashes out. I would NOT recommend this Title Company. I had 3 settlement updates due to incorrect information as well. Jordan at the front desk, however, is kind, professional, and considerate. Sean closed my loan and is also very nice. Now going on 3 hrs waiting for a check!! Unacceptable!! I’ve had 12 real estate closings in my 76 years and NEVER had this happen nor have I ever been treated so rudely.

Never written a review about any business till now but felt compelled. Mon -Do Title Co is the greatest. Excellent all the way round.

Shawn Kvasnicka and his staff did a fantastic job of helping with the sale of our late mother's home. They worked very quickly and were very clear about what was happening at each stage in the process. Covid made it tricky, but Mon-Do Title Co. handled the whole transaction perfectly. Thanks a million!

Shawn Kvasnicka closed for my Buyers on 525 S Market and did an excellent job, very professional, and health conscious during the transaction, yet keeping my Buyers feeling very comfortable in the process. Great job, Shawn and Misty!

Mon Do Title Co. was very organized and prepared at the closing. Because of Covid-19 we had to do a curb side closing which went smoothly and was done with the up most professionalism. Great experience!
