After my first visit, Tammy listened to everything I said while remembering everything we had spoken in the phone about. Nothing was different. Our tour of the grounds and apartments was quick, but detailed. Just like I needed. All promises were fulfilled, along with an expedited move in date due to "my" circumstances. Tammy and Xander are "Aces" in my book. The community is the cherry on top.

I toured an Apt today at The Xander 3900. I was completely impressed from the moment I walked into the Leasing office, which was beautifully appointed. I was greeted by Leasing Agent Hanoi. He further impressed me with his knowledge and charisma. He made an otherwise arduous task, expeditious and simple. I applied for a lovely 2bdrm, and I am extremely excited to live here. Thank u again Hanoi, for your assistance. You're the Best!

Xander 3900 Apartments is such a great community. I visit my daughter here often, and every time I’m impressed by how welcoming, clean, and well cared for the property is. The atmosphere feels safe and friendly, and you can tell the staff truly cares about the residents. A special shoutout to Sami in the office — she is always so kind, helpful, and professional. Every interaction with her has been pleasant, and she really goes out of her way to make people feel comfortable and supported. It’s reassuring to know my daughter lives in a place with such a positive environment and an amazing team. Highly recommend Xander 3900 to anyone looking for a wonderful community!

I had the displeasure of becoming traumatized by ROACHES living here . From the day I moved in to the day I moved out . Roaches in the dishwasher , laundry room, walls , cabinets and everywhere else . They’re giving me the run around with giving me my money back for over 30 days after vacating . They also did not let me do a walk thru of my apartment specifically before moving in because they knew there were pests and my son got bit and broke out because he’s allergic to them . Tammy KNEW as I told her the very first day I saw them before moving my items in . Do not be deterred by the cheap rent my apartment was not the only one with active pests . Edit: In response to the update from the property the check wasn’t cut until January which is well over a month after I moved out . Let’s be tr
