I was referred to Mortgage Box by my realtor. It was the smoothest and most enjoyable loan process I have ever experienced. Brian and Michael are great to work with, and communication with them was great. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and were always fast in responses to me regarding questions. Their mortgage fees are very low also, a breath of fresh air from most mortgage companies.
