Wyoming Crossing Apartments

I just moved here people in office are horrible. I been asking for a copy of my lease for a week still have not got it!! The hall way light does not work it’s pitch dark at night time I fell going up the steps cause you can’t see hurt my back really bad have doctor papers for it I’m really thinking about taking them to court!!! And also I had a emotional support dog that they said I could not have cause she was over 25 pounds I had her ID and papers that’s she was a emotional support dog and they said they had to treat everyone here the same that I couldn’t keep her. Then in my same building someone has a big dog looks like pit that’s way over 25 pounds but they said they have to treat everyone the same but thee not! They will be seeing me in court real soon not fair at all!!!

I've been living here for a year with no working stove. No one is never in the office and when they are, I made a report and just keep being told someone will be there. Now I have a busted window because someone broke in and they still can't seem to find the time to at least put a board on it. We've been through so many apartment managers in the year I've been here. I've tried very hard to be patient which is why I'm now putting this review up. My patience has worn very thin. I am just ready to get out of this overpriced place.

I’ve been living at property almost 6 years. My door need to be fixed. Just got my window fixed It’s been over a month mold is in the apartment. My air conditioner still need to be fixed it’s still leaking, I had a big flood in my apartment. They brought somebody to get the water but did not clean the carpet. I’ve been here six years almost never had a carpet cleaning of any sort. The mold was unbearable , I had to pay a professional carpet cleaner to get my own apartment clean. I did communicate this with the management. I also have pictures of everything that I am stating.The management people are very disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, and uneducated on creating policies for tenants. The Property management did a agreement with a towing company, To get cars that’s parked illegally in

WHEN YOU ASK THEM ABOUT THEIR ADVERTISMENTS STATING THAT THESE UTILITES ARE INCLUDED THEY STATE: "THE LISTING DOESN'T SAY THAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED, BUT RATHER THOSE UTILITIES ARE AN AMENITY OF THE PROPERTY." TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH. THEY ALSO HAVE FEES FOR LITERALLY EVERYTHING. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TROUBLE AND RENT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. DO YOUR RESEARCH, IF ITS OWNED BY AMC, LLC LOOK SOMEPLACE ELSE.

The receptionist here is HORRIBLE! I was calling to inquire if there were any available units & the receptionist obnoxiously said “hello” repeatedly. I hung up thinking that I wasn’t heard and when I called back twice the phone rung once then a busy tone.
