Shawn is absolutely amazing. It took about 6 months and 6 houses to find my first home. Shawn was very knowledgeable about what to look for in a house, specifically the older homes that I tended to gravitate towards. This was especially amazing because I was a first time home buyer and was not super knowledgeable about houses. His communication is great and he was very flexible. Once my offer was accepted, Shawn was outstanding in navigating all the hoops and ended up saving me a bunch of money throughout the process. I really can't recommend Shawn enough! Seriously an amazing dude, and an amazing real estate agent.

Shawn is hands down the best guy I’ve met dealing with buying a house. He was always supper helpful and making sure your not purchasing a ran down house. He made my first experience buying a house a walk in the park. He works with you what you want and will fulfill what you want. Don't just treat you as a random person but a friend! I will Forsure be in contact with him in the future when I go to sell or buy and will let everyone know about him who’s looking for a house! Couldn’t be more happier

I feel as though I could write a best man speech for how amazing Shawn was in my house buying experience! As a solo, first time home buyer, Shawn’s immense knowledge, guidance, and patience was exactly what I needed. I never felt pressured or like any of my MANY questions were too dumb. His flexibility and communication was above and beyond. Shawn constantly fought for me all through closing (getting both repairs and money back) so I could feel safe and confident in my new (old) home. Shawn will be the only realtor I use for future buying/selling and I will be recommending him to anyone entering the market

Shawn is the perfect realtor. He’s aggressive, but not abrasive. Informative but not condescending. Communicative but not annoying. He’s sweet but it’s genuine. I sincerely feel like he couldn’t have been better at his job. We took all of his advice and had an incredibly smooth purchase and sale. The only bad thing is that I won’t get to see him on a regular basis now. If you don’t use his services when you buy or sell a home, you’re doing it wrong.
