I have lived here for a year, and have enjoyed it very much. I am glad things have turned around for the better. Elizabeth, the leasing manager, has been incredibly kind, professional, and was willing to work with me. Leesa is great as well! Always smiling and taking care of my requests.

I have been in this development for 5 years and I can't think of a better value in apartment complexes. The office staff are always super helpful. The apartments are super cute and convenient to most businesses. There are 3 super markets in a 10 mile radius. 285 is 5 min away and you can get into the city from back roads, if needed. You are zoned for Nickajack for anyone with kids. GREAT SCHOOL. Leesa is amazing and has always been. Stephanie and Karina have done an awesome job integrating into the community. Office is super responsive. Community is great and safe. Convenient location. Best bang for your buck!

I had the opportunity to visit the leasing office recently and was very impressed. The staff was friendly, attentive, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The atmosphere felt welcoming and organized. It definitely left a positive impression.

honestly, since I moved to Georgia, this has been my second apartment and it was a breeze in the staff was really nice. I was transitioning from a really bad place and they were very patient with me with the move-in process. I’ve been living here almost a year and It is very pleasant. I love the sense of community. I love the different events. It’s really helped with my mental health a lot being around a committee that’s friendly and small gathering to remind me. That community is important and where I live they care the staff care and they’re really good about calling them back in checking in if I have a request. I love that maintenance is always on top of fixing things, the amenities are wonderful! I’m very Appreciative of my home.

I had a review up here but I don’t know what happened to it. Keep in mind, the leasing office offered a $500 off rent raffle for positive reviews last month, just to boost their ratings. Notice how most of them just moved in? Give it some time and they’ll see what most of us deal with these past couple years. If you get a good apartment, then you lucky. Most of these units have mold they just paint over, old appliances, cracks in the wall, just old. They also fired some of the maintenance team in the last month, so there’s that. Why wouldn’t they hire more people before letting others go? That’s dumb. The gate is always open - I’ve lived here over 5 years and it’s probably worked only 6-7 months out of that time .
