Plus the team of people that help take care of our building are responsive, have thought of every detail in terms of amenities, are fun, and friendly. Buying and selling your house is full of pitfalls and Gipson and Co. will keep you on track in a realistic and helpful way. This is a competent team of professionals and I appreciated that.
