Wynnewood House

This is not just another apartment THIS IS MY HOME! I recently had to move in rather quickly & do not want to bore anyone with those details but do want to tell of the warmth & beauty of my new home here at Wynnewood House! The staff is stellar right from the administration on down they are polite, warm, thoughtful, professional, courteous & most of all genuine. The views are breathtaking, parking couldn't be more convenient & the pool is absolutely inviting & spotless, if you are looking for a place to FEEL like home & not just another apartment then what are you waiting for? This place is the perfect home.

From the moment I moved in, the team here has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, supported, and cared for in every way. The leasing office team is exceptional. They are incredibly thoughtful and professional, always taking the time to address any questions or concerns with genuine care. When my mom unexpectedly needed to move in due to health issues, they worked tirelessly to accommodate our needs and ensure we had a smooth transition. We've had very good experience with maintenance at WH. Let me share 2 experiences: 1. Some of the kitchen cabinet doors were worn at the edges when we moved in. Bentley removed the doors and painted them to match as closely as possible to the rest of the cabinetry, even though it was no longer possible to get the paint used on the older cabinetry. To do this, he tried to match it up with the colours at a store. When he found that there was no close match, he went to the trouble of bending paints to come up with something awesomely close to the older woodwork. A job very well done. 2. When my wife and I were carrying out a large number of collapsed boxes and paper packing from our move to WH, Ibee spotted us at the elevator as he was removing trash from the rental pail. It has been a wonderful time living in the building! Our entire family enjoys the warm greetings from the staff everyday. We also sincerely appreciate all the prompt service we've received, we started to feel at home the very first day we moved in. Thank you for being friendly, kind, and caring people. We will miss you all and the apartment building!
