Thomas Wynne Apartments

Wonderful place to live! We rented here a 3bd for a year and were very happy. The building is close to the train station, 3 supermarkets in walking distance, Wynnewood shopping center and Narberth downtown. The staff are amazing! Always nice and helpful, and any issues are fixed very fast. One of the neighbors asked for a bench next to the school bus pick up point, and they set that up within a few days. We have been very happy with our move to the Thomas Wynne after selling a home where we lived for 35 years. Our "Penthouse" apartment (misnamed as it is one of several on the top and 4th floors of both A and B buildings) is very spacious and bright, with large closets. I love our separate dining room, large kitchen, 3 bedrooms plus the additional room that serves as my art studio. I was glad to bring my favorite furniture and possessions with us, and so didn't suffer all the agonies of severe downsizing that I had anticipated in our move from a house. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Thomas Wynne Apartments are one of the best on the Main Line because of the owner, manager, and staff who make the community experience supportive & friendly with excellent, caring and timely service plus fun communiry events. Can't beat the location and walking paths!

I moved into Thomas Wynne and it couldn't have been easier. They gave me the number of Havertown movers and they gave me a discount because HM loves Thomas Wynne. The maintenance staff is so fast, I was so surprised to see one of the guys five minutes after I called them to fix one of my lightbulbs. Harry was kind enough to help me install a chandelier and fix one of my outlets. The apartment walls are made of concrete and each apartment has an AC unit so you cannot hear anything your neighbor is doing next door! All utilities are included in rent so you don't have to worry about any hidden fees! The customer service is phenomenal - Brigid made sure that my apartment was move in ready and Kathryn explained all the one time fees so clearly; they each answered my questions with great detail

The building is well maintained, the management team is responsive, and the staff are always friendly and professional. The location is convenient, the community is quiet, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and comfortable.
