Wyngrove Apartments

I haven’t moved here yet but I just wanted to give a huge S/O to Gabriella. I’ve been communicating with her the last couple of months about staying at this Complex because my husband and I are moving to Hinesville and within the last week I’ve been asking her so many questions and she’s been so Patient, Kind and thorough while helping us. I really appreciate her and wanted to let her know her hard work didn’t go unnoticed.

Don’t move here, this place has so many problems starting with the owner of this place who does not care about the tenants. The gates were always broken most of the times, allowing people from other places to enter. I had so many encounters with people who did not live them trying to steal packages. There has been people trying to steal from the cars in the middle of the night. Some of the kids have damaged vehicles and the parents do nothing. Last summer, the pool was full of outside people and they said nothing. The maintenance people will not help you, on the contrary, they are there to see what people have inside the apartment so they can tell management. Every year they will increase $200 for a place that needs to be updated. This place does not care the tenants at all.

This neighborhood is going downhill. Dog poop everywhere. Maintenance request take days ac went out atleast 1x a year while living here. Front gate is always broken. Rent increased almost $200 everytime we renewed the list goes on. They no longer put the effort into maintaining the property they used to power wash the walls every few months and no longer do that. Spider eggs cover the walls its actually disgusting. Options are limited in hinesville but anywhere else is better than here. Update as of 11/25 Someone who still lives here told me its has been three shootings and multiple robberies in this neighborhood from the cars to the apartments and the rent still is increasing significantly. please avoid if you can! I never give bad reviews, but this post is very much needed. When I decided that I had to move to Hinesville, I was between this apartment (due to the proximity to Fort Stewart) and Liberty Club. I wish I would've chosen the latter. I was only at Wyngrove for a year and my experience was so-so. The staff always seemed grumpy and unfriendly. I truly dreaded going in to pay my bill every month. Most importantly, I was very disappointed when I didn't receive the deposit back that I deserved. First of all, I left my small one bedroom apartment way better than I found it. They took ~$130 for small minute things that were not my fault (aka normal wear and tear). For example, they cited me for a clip that was missing from the bottom of the blinds. (Really?)
