Kandy was great to work with. We were relocating from Colorado and trying to figure everything out from out of state (with a toddler and two dogs 😅), and she made the whole process so much easier. She was super responsive, answered all my questions, and kept everything moving quickly. She even caught that we accidentally applied to two homes and refunded one of the fees without me having to stress about it. she was patient and worked with us on timing and communication. We got approved, and I’m so thankful for how helpful and kind she was through the whole process. If you’re working with Kandy, you’re in good hands 🤍

I must say that my experience with this company was great. Kandy was so helpful at finding me a place and getting me information fast. I was searching and searching for a home with me just moving to Hinesville and I really thought I wasn’t going to find anything and I came across this company and they had homes available for good prices and they were so helpful and getting me information and being open to allowing me to see homes even late in the day. Kandy would message me checking on me to see if I saw anything I like and was patient with me. If you are looking for a home and property managers that care then this company would be a great fit. Now me and my infant twins have a place we can call home.

Kandy was very helpful during my process. I am active duty military moving from the west coast to the east coast. She went above and beyond to speak with the homeowner to ensure that the transition would go smoothly. She was very professional and had great customer service skills.
