This is the second time that I have used Mr Tim Spears with Veterans United to purchase a new home. They make the process easy when navigating the VA loan process. Tim made sure we stayed on target for closing. From placing the offer on 25 November and closing 19 December. It all happened so fast. We were even offered to close earlier if we wanted to.

My name is Mrs. Carswell. The first time I spoke with Tim Spears, the Loan Officer at this office, he was very rude, short with me, standoffish and clearly did not have the energy to speak with us. Let me remind you that this was after a long holiday weekend. They had plenty of time off at the office. He should’ve came back to work refreshed and ready to tackle the day. I didn’t call that morning. I let him get settled. He emailed me back at 12:10 pm but did not answer any of the questions that I had. I called his office hours after the email he sent. This is not our first rodeo with Veterans United - but with each home purchase comes its own special challenges. Tim worked great with our agent and us. Constantly keeping us informed and helping whenever we felt lost and unsure of what to do. He made the process smooth and easy and took as much stress off our shoulders as he could.
