Wynfield

I recently went through the process of leasing an apartment at Wynfield Apartments. The corporate leasing agent was Diana and she did an excellent job. The local agent Omayra was very accommodating and showed me apartments twice before I decided. I am looking forward to moving in at the end of the month,.

The community is very nice and vibrant. The leasing agent Omayra and Kim were both very helpful, kind and great. Nick is outstanding be it any maintenance issue he arrives immediately fixes it and you are back in business.

Erike was a great help. My dog chewed the baseboards and put a big dent in the wall and Erike was able to fix everything. My place is slowly coming back together. There was another young gentlemen with him, but I’m not sure of his name. They were both great. Thank you.

The service at Wynfield is amazing because of the people at the front office and the maintenance guys are on it. I have to say, Kim gets my support. She is not only professional but makes you feel that she is there just for you. Great personality, inviting smile and personal service. Come be a part of this community, it is worth it!

Living in Winfield is absolutely fantastic! I can’t say enough good things about Kim and Omayra, as well as Bill from the maintenance team. They are so positive and pleasant every time I speak with them. They really understand the community and the people that live here. Thanks again for everything that you do to make Wynfield a great place to live!
