Powder Mill Apartments

Any questions, any issues or concerns are dealt with ASAP. An issue with my dryer was handled right away. I love this maintenance team and how everyone at Powder Mill wants us to be happy in our homes. Thank you, as always.

The maintenance politely alerted me of his intent to begin the repair patio railing. They then quickly and quietly completed their work with no disruption to my daily routine.

As always, my maintenance request was answered quickly and successfully. Mario is polite and considerate of my circumstances. The staff here at Powder Mill goes out of their way to make my life easier!

I toured apartments in York with my fiance after he graduate college. After looking at several in different price ranges, we decided on Powder Mill because of the wonderful and welcoming apartment manager, Tina. We couldn't ask for a better living environment. The complex is kept well up to date by it's amazing staff. It's biggest perks are the pool and maintenance staff. The pool is kept sparkling clean and is never over clorinated. Tina and her staff often throw holiday parties and special events for the residents. Put in a maintenance request and within a day Dan and his team will be right over to fix it! Powder Mill's amenities make it well worth the rent!

As always our maintenance team is prompt, cordial and highly competent. Their breath and depth of knowledge helps keep our community in tip top shape. Our thanks to them!
