Wyndham Place Apartments

Nicole the assistant manager is literally the best. The interaction and help I get from her I am incredibly thankful for. I have known her for years now as I have lived in Wyndham with my children for 12 years almost. She has fought for me to get my carpet and flooring replaced as in the past it has been hard to get help for repairs. Wyndham has definitely took a tuen around for the better in the recent years since she has been here. I love being in Wyndham and the community is me and my children’s home. I am so happy that I am finally getting my apartment up to date and nice!!! Nicole always communicated and gives updates, she is VERY patient with me and understanding and genuinely cares and I consider her a great friend. This place is a total mess… first and foremost NICOLE BRIAN (assist manager) DO NOT DEAL WITH HER. THIS LASY WILL PUT YOU THRU HELL IF SHE DOESNT FIND OUT WHY ARE YOU CALLING, SPEAK TO A WAY TO HER OR EVEN IF YOU ASK FOR THE PROPERTY MANAGER BEFORE SHE FIND OUT WHY WE ARE CALLING THE MANAGER, BECAUSE SHE KNOW HER NASTY ACTITUDES. All the good REVIEWS that you are going to see are from people still living there and they don’t want to speak up the reality afraid of retaliation as well some of the reviews are “give me a review, I will give you something back type thing”!!! They never show you the unit because casually all are “occupied “ 1st flag.. as soon as you sign your lease be ready to see how your rent goes up in only 5 months and every renewal is a new price. I’ve been living here for the past six years when I first moved in I had two bedrooms two bathrooms never had a problem and I’m still living in Wyndham When it was time for me to upgrade to three bedroom two bathroom, they made them move so easy and I was so comfortable. Stephanie Hernandez was so sweet and nice I cannot complain about anything everybody in the office is very friendly and very helpful I’m loving my new apartment so I recommend anybody to come check out Wyndham crest I definitely gave it a five star

Still waiting on a refund check from 2 months ago. I turned keys in on October 17th and was told the whole process will take 2-3 weeks, then it turned into 30 days, and now it’s about to be 2 months. I feel like I’m getting the run around with the office, I’m never given any actual information. Just “I’ll look into this for you” or “Let me email them for you” and then I don’t hear back for days until I have to reach out again. I’ve emailed different people in regards to this, and still nothing. It’s disappointing.

Nicole and Stephanie in the office have worked with me and are very helpful and always follow up. I highly recommend living here the staff is amazing
