I’ve had a great experience renting under this property manager Jessica. She is very responsive, handles all repair requests promptly, and communicates clearly every step of the way. Any issues I’ve had were addressed quickly and professionally. It’s reassuring to rent from someone who truly cares about maintaining the property and supporting tenants.

What is there not to say , JESSICA is super attentive and really cares about the tenants. I have been in my apt for 7 years and I don’t want to leave . First apartment and I have stayed because of her she makes everything so easy. Shes polite and great with communication

If it were not for this company my daughter & I would be on the streets. Not only is my living comfortable but I would’ve never learned the true meaning of managing on my own if it weren’t for my landlord Jessica. As a first time renter I would definitely recommend, especially if your just getting started on your own. It’s not just about money with them.. it’s more so a community & the teachings of being an independent individual in general.

I have done business for quite some time whit them specially working whit Jessica is a walk in the park she makes everything go smooth and easy looking for the best interest for all the parties involve I will definitely recommend her and her team it’s hard to find people that are proactive and have work ethic when there’s so many process involved indeed the few people you can trust doing business whit definitely recommend 100%

I can't say enough great things about Jessica and the company. I am from a foreign country and struggle a lot, with some words in English. Especially when there is important paperwork to be done, but Jessica makes everything so effortlessly. I rent a unit from Legacy and she has been working with me and helping me through it all with my renewal. She is so graceful, helpful, amazing, and extremely, EXTREMELY knowledgeable on everything she does.
