Worst apartments to call home. Poop everywhere. They let anybody work on their cars in the parking lot. Making it hard to get rest at home. The office staff expresses their concerns. But they won't handle a situation that same day. Also the 5 star reviews are fake. Make it make sense. How is okay to lie here just so they can make people move in here. This just tells you how this place is running. On fake reviews. And it's awful here. The vents are full of dust. The fridge never gets cleaned. Or the stoves. I've had to remove the fridge and stove myself to clean the last tenants nasty mess. I truly hate it here. If it's not one thing it's another. And it's costing me my peace at this point.

I visited the apartment community on Friday and my experience was great! I didn't have an appointment and walked in to see if could do a tour. Liset was very welcoming and eager to assist. She was very professional, knowledgeable and provided all the information I needed. She explained there was an issue with their golf cart and asked if I was ok with walking and I was fine with that. She showed me a 2 bedroom as well as a 3 bedroom and I was very pleased with both! The gym, pool area, and grounds were well taken care of. Thanks to Liset, Windcliffe is at the top of my list!

Absolutely a great place to call home. The staff is amazing and very timely in meeting my needs. Jasmine the manager has been wonderful and makes me very comfortable. Can’t say how happy I am with this community!

Don’t move here. The property is old and the breezeway’s look bad. The leasing agent showed me an apartment that was dirty. Poor management. One of the residents told me the staff is rude and she was being evicted because she decided not to pay rent because her apartment was falling apart. The lady said the maintenance sucks. Trash behind the buildings. Gate don’t work. Blinds are broken all over the property. The resident also said the roaches are bad. Who is the owner? Fire the management company.

My experience has been great so far! Jasmine was super helpful with all my needs and wants! The maintenance staff is also very responsive and helpful!
