Wyldewood Homes in Sherman, TX was wonderful to my husband and me when we bought our beautiful house in October. We loved all of the upgrades we chose. They have been so attentive and helpful - Nick, Veronica, everyone when my husband suddenly passed in January. And the neighborhood is amazing with friendly neighbors who have driven home from work to help me with my animals, mowed my lawn, etc…without even knowing me but just wanting to help me. If I had not suffered this tragedy and needed to move closer to family…we would have stayed there forever. Very well-built homes and safe and beautiful neighborhood.

12/27/2021 As a follow up.... They did fix my fence. Thank you. Still waiting on screens for my windows and the promise to fix the side walk that they broke during the construction. Will be one year in April. *************************************************************************** I have been extremely disappointed with the Wyldewood homes customer service on fixing construction flaws. After less than 6 months in our home our property line fences are coming down because of inadequate footing. We have notified customer service and they informed us that the fences are not covered by warranty but they agreed to send a supervisor to inspect it. The supervisor agreed that this is a problem (others have had this issue) and needs to be fixed or the fence will fall down. He said he would

What an ordeal it was trying to buy a home from Wyldewood. In my opinion, these guys are running a scam. We chose a floor plan towards the beginning of 2021. When we finally signed the contract, the price had went up around $9,000. Not a huge deal, but we were disappointed. Then they pushed the completion date a few times. After all this, they email us and raise the price nearly $40,000 more. AFTER we signed a contract. And they still couldn't give a start or finish date. We were supposed to move in last year. Now it is March, and they still haven't started the home. Do yourself a favor and find a reliable builder. It is my opinion that these guys are screwing everybody, and then they will disappear and leave you with a poorly constructed house. If you do buy from them, HIRE AN INSPECTOR.

We purchased our home in August 2018 and absolutely love it. We chose to upgrade several of our features and everything turned out better than we could have anticipated. As with anything, problems and concerns arose but were handled very well. Any concerns we had during the construction and after we moved in were addressed and corrected to our satisfaction. We already lived in the neighborhood so we were able to be onsite whenever we wanted and record progress of the construction as it went along. There were a lot of problems in the beginning. Tim, Nolan and Mike fixed those problems. A year and a half after living in home, shower started having leaking issues. It has started rotting baseboards and looks horrible. I’ve replaced shower guard three times. I even had the company that put it in come look, nothing. So I hired another man to come seal the whole inside of shower, still leaking. The contractor said will probably have to tear up shower and fix it right. Things just weren’t done right in these homes. I shouldn’t have to pay $8,000. To redo shower. This is just a few of problems. The owner of these homes just throws them one after another up.
