Shaw House

We have lived here for 9 months. Has been a blessing for us. Friendly staff and wonderful tenants. If you are searching for a place to live you would want to give Shaw House a visit. The maintenance issues are met in a timely manner. We plan to make this our long term residence. Jim & Marilyn Slaybaugh

Beautiful community with outstanding management. The pool is amazing and always looks well maintained, and the golf simulator is such a great amenity—definitely a standout. The staff provides exceptional service and always makes you feel taken care of. Easily the best customer service in the area.

Sherman hit the lottery with this property. 1 out of 10 its a 11... The amenities are added Bonus to a already beautiful community. The apt homes are roomy with large closets and offer a very spacious floor plan..A big plus.. more like a home.. Absolutely the nicest staff!! Cody has been amazing answering all our questions and helping guide us through the application process to make moving a pleasant experience ! So excited to call this home!!

Moved into my apartment on Dec 1st and was extremely pleased with the process. I first met with the property manager and received the welcome package that included information about operating the security gate, accessing my mail and connecting to the property internet as well as other information. When I arrived at my apartment I was again pleased to find the unit clean and ready for me to move in. Overall I was pleased and thank Cody for making the process so easy.

This apartment complex does not punish bad neighbors for noise violations, nor does it care. It put a dog park right next to people's bedroom windows with no hourly restrictions. People are often in the park late at night letting their dogs bark without a care in the world. So if you're looking for a place to rest your weary head between shifts at this dystopian nightmare called life, then I recommend you look elsewhere. If you're a narcissistic dog owner that doesn't care about anyone but yourself and have zero consideration for your neighbors, welcome home.
