Nev Hewett Patterson was FABULOUS. She got us 3 offers in the first week all over list. Our buyers were cash and we closed within a week of signing the contract.

Instead of "buyer beware" for me it was "realtor beware". Horrible experience with no help or follow up/through once papers signed. You are totally on your own despite promises made. I would give the so called "realtor" in my case a negative rating.
