Not one maintenance employee is legally certified nor do they possess the ability to maintain a electric water heater... a month and 2 weeks this Sunday no hot water, cockroach infested bed bugs and excessive, homeless and drug dealing. Going both on side and inside the gates of this community. Honest. Great prices though.. sooo.. idk..

While looking at apartments, Valerie told me #110 at Melrose II was $499, and that she could show me the unit, but she couldn't get the key from maintenance that day and the end of week was Easter. So I called back the following Monday and a different lady told me that none of it was true -- that the unit wasn't $499 and that I couldn't do a walkthrough for several more weeks. I feel lied to and scammed, as I am legally blind and living off of fixed disability income so finding an affordable place was exciting.
