Despite some initial quality concerns with my home appraisal, I want to commend WP Appraisal—and especially Michael Y.—for stepping up when it mattered most. Michael didn’t just acknowledge the issue; he took ownership and coordinated with multiple contacts across the country to ensure the appraisal was corrected and aligned with the standards needed for my closing. His responsiveness, persistence, and professionalism made all the difference. Without his intervention, I wouldn’t have been able to close on my home. I have been in the Mortgage Business for 20+ years, and do NOT claim to know it all, however I do know good Service. WP appraisers came to us approx. 2 years ago and had a small market share in DFW. After speaking and meeting with Chris and Josh in person, we decided to give them a shot. We got them compliantly approved in our Appraiser rotation and HAPPY we did!
