One stop shop for everything to do with buying a home. I can’t say enough good things- when we couldn’t view the property in person, Alex would shoot personalized walk through videos with commentary highlighting parts of the property he knew were important to us. When putting offers together, he would examine comparable sales to ensure we don’t over pay. He also would often times know the agent working on the other end which made putting an offer together less stressful. His wisdom really shined throughout the entire process. Once under contract, Alex provided carpet cleaning, house cleaners, and movers to assist with the transition. Proud to recommend him to my friends and family.
