Worthington Apartments

Just wanted to hop on here and give my favorite office manager Jose a review, he really is a caring and genuine guy that’s willing to help people out with whatever you may need while living in Worthington. He makes the process of moving in and signing papers super simple, everything is online now of course but he makes it stress free. I love living here because of the people and when something needs fix all you have to do is call or make an appointment and they’ll be at your door within the hour to help your needs! But this review is for Jose, If you ever need help with anything I would recommend speaking to him! 10/10!

Nice neighborhood, very respectful staff. Jose took care of me, he has great customer service. Always kind and helpful and very patient. 10/10 recommend. Angie the office manager is super sweet and attentive, and helpful☺️☺️ it’s definitely a pleasure living here and the office is always quick and efficient. They really know how to take good care of the residents here 🥰

Jose is a great staff member when I have a problem or concern he’s literally the first person I will call and rely on. He’s very respectful and nice and treat me and my siblings very well and especially after my mom died he made everything a smooth transition.

Today I am in tears of joy because Jose take me from been unsafe home to a place of peace and a home of my own after every problems that came along the way he take care of me like I was his family.today I can have my own key where I don't have to be scared to leave my son at home.i would definitely remember Jose He was very patient he took my situation in to heart thanks a million I greatly appreciate you Louise Ovilmar

José was very helpful with me getting into my apartment. He also was very helpful with the paperwork and anything that I didn’t understand he took his time out to help me and he was very patient. Jose Customer Service was a 10 out of 10.
