The MID Apartment Residences

This place is an absolute joke. I’ve lived here for three months, and they still can’t even add me to the callbox. Yesterday I went to the office again, and the new girl casually told me that a work order had never been created — even though I’ve been walking into that office for THREE MONTHS asking them to fix this. So today that ticket was closed saying all done give us five stars but I’m still not in call box ))Every time they promise, “We’ll take care of it today, we’ll call you by the evening,” and every single time — NOTHING. Zero calls. Zero action. The gates barely ever work. Right now the back gates are wide open and completely broken. What exactly am I paying these high prices for? Because it’s definitely not security or maintenance. And my washing machine? For three months it’

I WOULD PROCEED WITH CAUTION RENTING FROM THIS PROPERTY. I have attached videos and pictures as proof because I know they’re going to try and respond claiming otherwise. We have had to deal with numerous nights of loud parties at the pool, constantly broken gate that will stay broken/open for months which defeats the purpose of the property being ‘secured’. The trash room always has trash on the ground with bursted bags of food. Tenants leave their dog feces on the sidewalks leading to each building. You pay $100 for parking if you have a second vehicle, in which a parking space is never guaranteed. There has also been vehicle break-ins even when you park your vehicle inside the gates. Upon move out, they will try to scam every last bit of your security deposit from you. They’re trying to

Ruth and Nick in the office are amazing! I love going in to see them and if I ever have any issues they get it taken care of right away. They are the reason I am going to renew my lease again this year.

I moved here the second week of November and have had an amazing experience so far. We came a number of times to view different units and Ruth was nothing but patient and helpful with the entire process. This was the fastest and most simple lease we have ever signed and it went extremely smooth. Andrea in the office is just the sweetest lady always asking how everything is going and always ready to help answer any questions. The office customer service has made living here a great experience which is an huge part of living anywhere and I would highly reccomend. And they always answer the phone!
