Do not work with World Net Realty. They are not professional and they do not follow through with their contract agreements. I bought a house from Alexander Tapia as the Listing Broker/Agent and he seemed cooperative, but then ghosted us. He agreed that he would close out a permit that he opened up on the HVAC unit but when the Gloucester county came to inspect it, it failed. We have tried contacting him so that he could handle it because I didn’t open that permit up, but he is not handling it. Very Unprofessional and a liar.

Worst realtor I ever dealt with. Called every conceivable number every hour for 2 days. Emailed again and again. Not even the common courtesy of a one line reply. Do yourself a favor and find a real realtor

They never answered the phone after several calls and the agents are no where to be found I'm wondering if this realty is real
