Vantage brokered my unit and brokers the four other units in a property I rent in. Puts in competition 2 doors down. No heads up, nothing. Even knew the listing agents. Thing is if the shoe is on the other foot you are expected to abide by the rules. This is america this stuff is expected but you don't think it will happen to you until it does.
