Leasing office is very organized and Kristen and Keyeara are the best. The building is kept very clean and I have had 2 maintenance calls that were resolved immediately. Beautiful location across Cooper River and very friendly community of neighbors. The dog park is a plus and the mail room/package lockers are very well run. I highly recommend!

We lived here for about four years after leaving the city. Nothing but good things to say. Amazing staff, always helpful, and lots of great amenities for our two kids to enjoy especially in the summer! We are moving out to get a yard and more space, but will miss all that 202 had to offer and being in a great location on the river.

Beautiful area. Whoever designed this place did an amazing job. Very professional staff. The MDF flooring was really poor with swirls and imperfections in some areas on the first floor, and I think they wanted to re-do some of it. Mine was bleeding glue in between the boards, so I was forced to cover it with huge rugs. Some appliances were subpar--the dishwasher was noisy and the washer/dryer were budget models. This is probably a product of the COVID appliance shortages. The fridge and oven were excellent, though. After two years of residency, I asked if there were any upcoming promos or specials. I was told no, so I moved elsewhere. To the place I moved at, within a few short months, 202 Park has sent me two promotional postcards. The last one was offering 1 free month on the first leas

I have been living at 202 Park since September 2021 and my experience has been lovely. The staff here is amazing! From the property management to the maintenance. They all go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience while being here. I have a young son and the staff is always acknowledging him and making his day. Anytime you need anything fixed or replaced that they are responsible for they respond and come the same day to fix it. The amenities are always clean and other residents share and respect your privacy. If you are looking for a great view and a cozy place to stay look no further! 202 is the best place to call home.

Pup and I LOVE living at 202 Park. The staff members are incredibly helpful and the facilities are beautiful! Love the Zen garden, game room, gym and doggie bathing room! Thanks 202 for making our new home so special!
