My mother lives at Greystone Place. The roof has leaked for months, multiple apartments have leaks, mold has started to grow in the walls and ceilings, and her apartment smells terrible because of the mold and it's starting to give her headaches and make her sick. There's no maintenance person and the entire property is filthy. I have called, I have emailed, I have complained, and... nothing. There's been no attempt to repair the issues but you'd better believe they're still taking her rent money.

This place doesn’t care about anything except money! Over priced for what is offered. Can’t keep a manager and don’t return your deposit for at least 45 days after you move out even though the management signs off that your apartment is clean and ready to be rented My sister moved out on Oct 18th and she still doesn’t have her deposit back

Southampton 1 never got my deposit back. In fact they charged for another month rent AFTER I had given notice plus ridiculous amounts of so called damages. Cleaning toilet?? $125?? They never even inspected the apartment until I had been moved out over 3 months before. Gave me 30 days to pay over $925 dollars. I didn’t respond and got notice that I had 10 days before they sent it to collections which they did. So many issues with them it would take forever to document all here. Repairs would take months if they were addressed. Heard that they do not pay the bills so companies won’t come. No safety plan because “we are independent living” but put handicapped residents on 3rd floor and in case of fire they had to get themselves out. Seriously?

Only been there a year. Respectfully inquired about my “$850” security deposit and receiving it back to which I was told I probably wouldn’t. No damages at all was done to apartment. Didn’t give a reason as to why not. Did nothing to them. BUT they did send me a service fee asking me to pay them $20 due to their elevators being down after giving me a less than 30 days notice of a “$125” rent increase upon renewing my lease. Something fishy is going on about this company and lofts. Called left messages from both parties and have received no response.

3 days of flooded sewage seeping into my apartment, non emergency doesn’t return calls or the phone is disconnected, I’ve had a broken window from a other residents child for almost 2 weeks, the kids in the neighborhood just throw trash wherever they please which it s causing rats along with the sewage smell. Management is only on property when she wants to collect rent. Do not move here it’s trash
