Moss Creek Apartments

For the last two years of staying at Moss Creek Apartment, I found it very enjoyable. The apartment is relatively close to campus, which is a 8 to 10 minute walk, and Boone Hospital Center. Compared to other apartments, I would describe the place as quaint due to the natural foliage next to the apartment. I would sometimes open by blinds to let in natural sun light and admire outdoor scenery. I did not experience any loud or annoying noises while living there, even when tenants from other units invited people over. The other tenants that I have encountered were all very nice whenever we greeted one another. Kimi, the landlord, is one of the nicest person when I was living there. These apartments are so great! First, no place in east campus has a view like this, and it is so peaceful have the creek and woods be so close to the apartments. Second, the location is really nice, great for biking to campus, really close if you drive, and a manageable walk through a nice neighborhood. The apartments themselves are very quaint and nice, you don't have to worry about problems like leaks or things falling apart and they have a very homey feel. Lastly, Kimi (the landlord) is so nice and helpful! Its not like other apartments where you have to fight with the landlord for basic repairs or assistance, she has your best interest in mind!

A nice, quiet place, 10 minute walk from Mizzou & Stephen College campus. I especially enjoyed the back deck with the creek & trees to study/relax. Landlord Kimi was a phone call away. She always responded promptly and took care of any issue asap. She was always smiling and personable; you can tell she cares about the tenants and the apartment. Would recommend!

Moss Creek is a great location extremely close to MU campus. I did not have a car my senior year and was able to walk to class everyday. The apartments are clean, the area is quiet, and student-friendly. Great view of the east campus forest as well!

I have been living here for a year and a half and these apartments are great. I can't recommend them enough. First, the location is very convenient and very close to campus. Even though I don't have a car, I can walk around as the area feels very safe. Price is reasonable and you will be treating yourself to a wonderful and peaceful view of the forest and creek on the back. Kimi, the landord, is also very kind and responds in a very timely manner. Any time we have had problems with appliances, or any minor issues etc. she has been promt to help us out in no time. Definitely the perfect place to live!
