I reside at the Sycamore at Fort Mill apartment complex, and if there were an option for zero stars, I would choose it. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of oversight and accountability from this property management company. My vehicle was towed only for an expired tag that was immediately renewed that same day once I retrieved my vehicle the first time. Despite correcting the issue, my vehicle was towed again the following day without being tagged. This has caused unnecessary stress, significant loss of time, and a financial burden now totaling in the thousands of dollars within a two day period. I am a long-term resident (2 years) at Point at Perimeter, Dunwoody, currently paying $1700 for a 1B1B renovated apartment, while similar renovated units are being leased for $1400. This significant rent disparity raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency. As my lease is nearing renewal, I made multiple attempts to discuss a reasonable adjustment. Unfortunately, emails go unanswered, and in-person visits lead nowhere, as staff repeatedly instructs me to email without any response. Access to the manager is consistently blocked, and the communication style is rude and dismissive. This reflects extremely poor management practices and a lack of respect toward paying residents. From the executives and account managers to the onsite managers and maintenance team, everyone is consistently courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable.
