Very safe and, currently excellent management. Very spacious one bedroom. Lots of storage. Quiet and conveniently located to many necessities. Within walking distance to grocery, bank post office , and more. Great for those who need to keep their own independence as they age.
Deana and Nelson are the best. We've lived here about ten years and they are most helpful and understanding. We are certainly going to miss them. Deana especially has excelled in not only being a site administrator, but being an approachable person.
Management is very nice, however, it can take maintenance a little bit of time to fix things because he has so many apartments to take care of. The apartments are very nice and have plenty of storage areas, including an outside storage closet.
Without Woodville village and the amazing people,they are truly blessings in my life, I Believe that they saved me and I will always be grateful for them 😍
