Valerie Hills

Deana is excellent in her position at Valerie Hills. She is both professional and friendly and she always goes the extra mile. I've been through some personal ups and downs while living at Valerie Hills and I've never feared losing my residency because they always have my back when it comes to making sure the help is there for me. The complex is also quiet, the people are friendly, and I've always felt safe there. I think it's a great place to live.

I've lived here for 7 years, formerly with my mother, now on my own. I'm glad to say things have improved significantly in the past two years. Our new manager and company have been very helpful and easy to work with. Maintenance has been swift and thorough. Overall improvements have been slow, but steady. The only reason I don't give Valerie Hills a full 5 stars is because there's still some tenants who don't seem to care about keeping things clean.

Since Gaurdian has taken over, this place has improved a lot for the better, with a great manager, and maintenance guy, doing their best to get this place in the right direction. When the old company Cascade was running this place, it was chaos especially with the managers, and having no managers, and then the maintenance guy who thought he could just walk right in uninvited as he pleased

I have been at Valerie Hills for years and have had some experiences here to be able to say that the manager we have now, Deanna is an amazing manager. She is thorough, friendly and has livened this place up with her warm and welcoming energy. We appreciate everything she does here to make it a better place to live.

Allison has been beyond wonderful to work with during the moving process! She has been so professional and helpful. The townhomes themselves are lovely, in a beautiful setting in Rogue River.
