Lived here for three years. It was a good first apartment. It got a little sketchy during 2020. People often left trash all over the place, threw their unwanted mail on the ground, and generally treated the place terribly. We never had any real big problems. Mold was more difficult to control. Maintenance requests were typically followed up quickly. Some employees were great to deal with while others were not. Ample parking. You could only hear neighbors if you were very quiet and listening for it, most of the time. One AC unit for the whole place. Two set of washers and dryers per building. Pros and cons for sure, but like I said, a good first apartment. You get what you pay for and it’s a good price in a nice area. Pictures are from 2018 when we moved in.
