My family had a very exciting and unique real estate opportunity that required some creativity in how we approached the sellers and structured our offer. Paloma listened to what we wanted, listened to what the sellers agent was telling her and managed our expectations without having us compromise what we were comfortable with offering. She communicated with both of us quickly and clearly throughout the entire process (as the wife some agents—usually men—have only communicated with my husband…ugh). Ultimately we exactly what we wanted and Paloma deserves a lot of the credit. We are so thankful we got to work with Paloma, and we cannot recommend her enough.
