Woodview Apartments

Woodview Maintenance Manager Gary is the simply the best. We appreciate Gary having his expert crew take care of issues as they arise. I've worked with many contractors over the years on a variety of jobs so appreciate having someone like Gary take charge at this property. He is very busy multi-tasking everyday but manages to do an excellent job. I have to say one of the best staff at the Woodview Property on Beard Road is maintenance manager Gary!

They have horrible management . They are never in office even when you tell them you are setting up an appointment to come to the office . To share a leasing office with an another property and neither employees or property managers are in office is horrible . Only thing about this apartments that was good is the maintenance. Maintenance was always helpful hell they are the only people always on the property . Wouldn’t recommend no one wants to live someone where you have no amenities no leasing office just mailboxes and nosey neighbors. They refuse to upgrade all apartments to have modern appliances. Wonderful and responsive staff. Maintenance does a great job at tackling any issues quickly and efficiently, also incredibly informative and friendly. Beautiful views, quiet atmosphere, friendly neighbors, you can’t go wrong living at Woodview. :)

They got rid of all the parking. There are 4 guest spots near our building but residents just park their extra cars that never move. You cant call the tow company to tow vehicles parked in your spot anymore so its like the wild west of parking. This is not the parking situation I moved into. Do yourself a favor and dont deal with this parking nightmare. Response to owner: I already gave you advice on what to do and frankly its too late. We already moved out, just trying to save others from the same headache

Gary was great. Introduced his self, listened to the problem I had , was up beat, explained /answered all the questions I had. Then he went to work and in less than 30 minutes I had a new kitchen faucet that plowed with pressure and looks great.
