Center Pointe Apartment Homes

After living here a little shy of a year now, I am SO grateful I found this place. As a traveling healthcare worker, I needed to find an apartment complex that offers flexible and short term leasing options. Centre Pointe offer just that, which I am so grateful for. Not to mention, all staff members I have had the pleasure meeting have been just lovely. The Centre Pointe office offers reliable communication, and service quickly responds to requests. Working with them has been a breeze, and I consistently feel connected and cared for by the community here. I cannot recommend this place enough!

6 months later . . . Adding to my brief review . . . Serene, forward thinking, and again responsive. Any little maintenance issue is dealt with so quickly whether it's a missing vertical blind section or bathroom fan that quit. Inside and out these dwellings are so well kept. If you've had a rough day, the nearby park, pond offer a brief respite with blue and white herons, mallards and some fat squirrels along the way. And finally, Christmas Tree disposal, they offer that, clean gym area or pool game, they offer that. As a homeowner of over 30 years and now renting, I fully understand the service and am so appreciative of Center Pointe. For me, this is great value and good living. Responsive staff, nice grounds, a great place to live.

We have lived at Center Pointe for 2 years. Originally in a 1 bedroom and now in a 2 bedroom. They allow you to transfer to another apartment mid-lease with no penalty and 2 free days to move which is quite a perk. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The community is dog friendly, quiet, and clean with walking trails nearby. Parking is free and plentiful. There is trash service 5 nights a week with a trash compactor and recycling on site. We love living here!

I have lived at Center Pointe Apartments for about 5 years now, and just renewed for another year! I appreciate the nice updated interiors, they have a more upscale look than other apartments I have lived at in the past. Leasing staff is always friendly and helpful when I need them, and maintenance is always completed very quickly upon request. I have really been loving the newer Parcel Pending lockers for secure package delivery. I feel like management looks for ways to update and improve the living experience here. I have enjoyed my time here and definitely plan on staying for the foreseeable future!

My husband and I have been living here for almost a year, and we truly love it. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is outstanding. There have been times when I’ve submitted a maintenance request expecting it to be handled the next day, only to have someone show up that same night, even as late as 10 PM. That level of care really makes a difference. We love living here so much that we’re planning to upgrade to a three-bedroom unit for a little extra space. If you’re on the fence about your next place to call home, you won’t regret choosing this community.
