ARC Central in downtown Beaverton is the best apartment home and I can't express enough how amazing the onsite team is that will take great care of you! I just moved my elderly mom in one of th e units just a few steps from my office and not only is the convenient location amazing, but the positive vibes in the complex is really over the top high energy and the perfect match for my mom to be at. Local shops she can easily get around too, all my favorite restaurants I can share with her where I have lived and worked for 24 + yrs - downtown Beaverton has so much to offer and now living at ARC Central is the icing on the cake. You won't regret choosing this location as your new home. Thank you Caitlin and the amazing team for making this such a special place! Cheers to 2026!!!

Arc Central is an awesome community. The location couldn’t be better, you’re just a short walk from shops, bars, and food carts. The building is newer and one of the few places in Beaverton that actually has AC, which is a huge plus. The gym is surprisingly big and has everything you need: a stair climber, multiple treadmills, a smith machine, dumbbells up to 80 pounds, and plenty of space to get a real workout in. Maintenance is solid too. On the rare occasion something comes up, they fix it fast. The onsite management is super friendly and puts on great events. Overall, I’d highly recommend Arc Central if you’re considering living in Beaverton or the west side of Portland.

I've been at Arc central for a year now, and I can't believe I found such a good spot. Big shout out to the maintenance team, Benny, Zach and Cory, who are seriously great people. Respectful, friendly, prompt and communicative. You'll even find Cory at happy hour sometimes and he's great to talk to. The maintenance team were the first people that made Arc feel like a community to me.

Arc Central genuinely has an incredible and cohesive property team! Rich, Lauren, and Caitlin in the leasing office are always warm, welcoming, and consistently provides the snackiessszs on Happy Hour Fridays. We especially appreciate Zach and Cory from the maintenance team who always make the time to swing by for requests and say hi in the hallway <3 They are literally the most responsive and efficient maintenance team we've ever had - I don't think we've ever had to wait more than a day for any issues to be addressed, if even that, and the work they do is FAR from the landlord special! We left my last apartment with the property team acting like a hot mess for 4 years straight, so the Arc Central team really stands out for us. The property itself is also great. I have really enjoyed living at this property! It has been almost 2 years and it's so far been the best property i've lived at, with the best management and team. Even when there are changes to their team, things still run smoothly and they seem to be hiring some awesome people. Unfortunately, a package of mine was stolen, but it was at no fault the apartment itself. USPS left the package outside of the mailroom and someone came and swooped it up. I chatted with Rich about it and sent the apartment an email and when I got home from work the next day, chatted with Caitlin. She was extremely nice and helpful and apologetic (if you have a moment, stop by and say hello to Caitlin, she's awesome!!) She had Rich check the security cameras and they got back to me in no time letting me know what h
