Woodvale Place Apartmemts

I am so blessed to have found Woodvale! The upgraded apartments are beautiful, and great rental prices compared to where I came from! The allow by bestie 🐾🐾, and have washer & Dryer in the unit! Nirvani in the maintenance department is outstanding!!! She is always willing to listen to any concerns and addresses it in a timely manner!! It atmosphere is calm and serene. It definitely didn't take long to feel like home

Woodvale community is nice being that it's close to shopping centers and high way. But the preventive maintenance make it even amazing to live there thanks to Mrs Nirvani who ensure of consistency. Thanks Nirvani

These apartments are huge. I live in a two bedroom one bath and I have three hall closets, a large walk-in in my master bedroom, a wall-length closet in the other bedroom, and the kitchen pantry is massive. The rooms themselves are larger than any other apartments in town. Under new management, the laundry room has new washers and new flooring. The manager is also trying to create a really nice basketball court for the kids.The grounds have always been kept pristine. We used to have a gated entry with a keypad. I'm not sure if that will be repaired. Some of the units are based on income, others not. The office provides quarters for washing and we have a nice newsletter that comes out every month that can be found in the mail/laundry room. Plus our new manager has even been known to bring

I would like to compliment Management on doing such a great job of the upkeep of this complex they really go above and beyond for us.Ive been staying here for 3years.

This is my second year living here and I had no problems since I have been living here. They stay on top of everything to make sure you don't have a problem. If something does go wrong they will fix it as soon as possible.
