We were happy with the home inspection. They were thorough and took the time to explain what was critical, important, and keep an eye on, as well as answering questions we had. The report they provided is detailed with lots of photos and features to build custom repair lists. Thanks Ricky!

Incredibly Detailed Inspection Report. I used a different company for my last purchase and they missed so many things but thanks to Thibodeaux Inspection Services, I was able to see all the hidden problems there were with a house I was under contract for and ended up backing out of the purchase instead of spending 10s of thousands of dollars on repairs towards a poorly done flip.
