They wait until hours before the closing to let you know that it will be that afternoon. When asked if I could give another power of attorney for me, it was no problem. Beware of the hidden cost they won’t tell you nor disclose till after. I was charged $200 for this that they never made me aware of. When I tried to talk to Kelsey about it, she wouldn’t hear of any resolution. I was told a manager would reach out to me, that didn’t happen. Ask plenty questions about billing and cost because, they will not tell you and they will take your money!

We had a 10/10 closing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the office was beautifully decorated. The closing process for us as buyers took less than 30 minutes, and we walked away with the keys to our new home. Extremely satisfied with my closing experiences with Reliant Title! I have had 2 closings with them so far.
