the pictures don’t really do justice, but the laundry room is perpetually in a state of filth. I’ve lived here for over a year and not once has it been clean. it’s disheartening that we are expected to clean our clothes in machines full and surrounded by dirt and dust. I would love to see a cleaning crew come deep clean this laundry room, as it is one of the amenities that us tenants pay to use.

Best place to live ! Elizabeth is just beyond amazing always helping out and on top of things I love how the community here is peaceful and welcoming lived here for a year going for two and so far my stay is been welcoming and well attended I have no complaints management here has made me feel like I never left home (Houston TX) thank you guys

I am beyond frustrated with the level of noise pollution in my apartment. Between the weirdo constantly yelling at his dog under me, and one of the loudest, rudest families next to me, I am at my limit. The staff seems helpful when you complain, but after two years of CONSTANTLY having no peace and quiet in my OWN living space, it is apparent what they are doing is useless in dealing with problem residents. I think it is unacceptable that most nights I have to wear headphones because my neighbors literally make my walls shake with noise, and management does nothing.

Love love love the location! This complex is a gem in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. The apartments are older buildings, so naturally there are some things that deteriorate over time and need maintenance/updating. Bugs do exist here, but management is good about sending out pest control when needed. For the most part, it is a quiet community, full of pets and neighbors that look out for each other. The maintenance man, Martin, is awesome! He is knowledgeable, helpful, and goes above and beyond to try to fix whatever problem you are having. Chats are always pleasant; he is always a friendly, familiar face around the property. Looking at places can be stressful, so many options and so many things to consider to make it the right fit. Luckily when meeting Avery, she took the time and had the patience to go over all the details that I needed. With that said, I'm grateful for the wonderful support she gave. Thank you Avery!
