Woodstock Lofts

I moved in around November 2023 and have been here ever since, and I’ve genuinely loved my time at Woodstock Lofts. Nathan is who I reach out to for anything I need, and he was the one who showed me the apartment when I first moved in. He is responsive, easy to talk to, and always follows up. The apartment is modern and the building is quiet. The common areas are kept clean, maintenance is handled fast, and parking is plentiful and easy to access. In the winter, both the sidewalks and parking are plowed quickly and salt is put down for safety. The rent payment app is also super convenient. I hate to say goodbye, but I am very grateful for my time here. Thank you to Nathan and the Woodstock team.

I’ve lived here at Woodstock Lofts for about a year and a half now and it’s a beautiful place to live. The property manager, Nathan, is a great person. He’s always quick to respond and makes sure everything is up to par. Especially with the latest snow storm, the second it was safe to go out, him and a team cleared the snow from the parking lot and the sidewalks making it safer for the everyone to walk! Not only has the management team exceeded any expectations but the view of Woodstock alone makes this place amazing. The downtown area is a nice walk from here with amazing cafes and shops. Everything is conveniently located close by as well! Lived here for over a year and have had no complaints, the area is nice and the apartments are quiet. The property manager is great and is always responsive to phone calls and text messages whenever I’ve had a question or have needed something fixed. Highly recommend.

Nathan the property manager does not follow through or even pick up the phone and apparently he is the only point of contact .he hands down doesn't care if you want a tour or to rent an apartment I guess thats why there is only one review. If this is a sign of how complex is run .I guess run dont walk. Maybe he likes to just have people he knows rent. Not sure I am finding owners name to let them know

The Lofts are amazing, just love my apartment. Just perfect for me. Very quiet, private and comfortable. Nathan, Our Apartment Manager, is a great guy, friendly, very dependable, always there if a problem comes up.
