Paul is an exceptional realtor. Period. In order… I asked him to list my house, he came out and took pictures - two days later it was listed, multiple showings and multiple offers later (6 days), we were under contract. I rarely heard from Paul as far as the entire process. This simply showed me that he was in control, and when I did talk to him and asked any question, he knew every answer and explained it thoroughly.
