The worst place I have ever lived. The washing machines are almost always out of order, and management does not seem to address the issue properly. The manager is very hostile toward tenants and creates an uncomfortable living environment. If you have a visitor, you are expected to notify her in advance, otherwise you may receive a notice threatening eviction the next day. I would not recommend this place.

I do not recommend this place under any circumstances. Although the apartments may seem physically acceptable, the manager's treatment is absolutely unacceptable. He has shown a harassing and clearly racist attitude toward Latinos, with misplaced comments and hostile treatment that made us feel insecure and discriminated against. It is unfortunate that such prejudice and abuse is allowed in a hospitality business. If you're looking for a respectful and safe environment, look elsewhere. No one should pay to be harassed or belittled for their origin

I went through a horrible period of stress while living there. I am a student, and occasionally I would have classmates from the university visit me. The manager assumed without even asking that the people who visited me were living with me. She sent me a notice saying that I needed to remove the people who were “living” with me or I would be evicted. This caused me a lot of stress because no one was living with me, so there was no one to remove. I feel that she constantly monitors tenants’ personal lives and is always watching them. It is unacceptable not to be able to have visitors in your own apartment, especially when you pay your rent on time every month, do not disturb neighbors, and are rarely home because you study and work. Everyone is friendly and stays to themself . They keep the lawn clean and up keep of the complex . Anything you need there very helpful in assisting. I like that it is Dr friendly , a dog station to clean up after your fur baby on the walks . I only wish they have a little mini dog park for the dogs to play like in the back field area . Every year they get involved with functions and give back .

It's a peaceful clean family oriented atmosphere. Everyplace on earth falls short of perfection. There's no crime or theivin or filth. Only problem is parking. And it's major. You get 1 spot there's only few guest spots and at night must have guest pass or they will hook your bumper up without a sound or warning and if you catch it within hours minimum is $470. No games no oh we toŵed wrong car no sorry. It's " oh and make it cash
