When we went to sell our house we wanted a realtor that would take the reins and help us step by step. She did that and more. She suggested the necessary upgrades, had people to do the work, staged the house to make it look fantastic, and was able to get it sold right away. I am not sure how one can give such abundant good to a married couple selling their home. Deanna managed though.
